Three days after their arrival in Venice, Rainer Zietlow joined a press conference from Venice Municipality and Port of Venice to report about the world record drive and inspection tour from Venice to Shanghai and back and also about the visit of Suzhou in China, the partner city of Venice. At the end of the press conference Rainer Zietlow handed over the present from Suzhou, which is a nice painting created by fine Silk filaments, to Paola Mar, the councillor for Tourism in Venice. Rainer Zietlow and his Tiguan Silk Road team would like to thank Venice Municipality and Venice Port for their great support and interest in this world record project, which followed the trails of the famous citizen of Venice, Marco Polo, from Venice to Shanghai and back.
